John and team did a really good job. He was reliable and always kept in contact which is a plus. He even worked around our working hours so there will be minimal disruption to the business. Work finishing is to a very high standard. We had a fallen ceiling due to damp / water damage from the Flat upstairs. They reinforced the ceiling and redid the coving and painted everything. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.
