This response to this request was very quick and the price quoted was good. The work was undertaken within days and completed as promised. The follow up job required was a separate issue and my initial rating was unfair. I withdraw the initial comments with apologies.

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Really disappointed that the work quoted for and paid for in full has not been completed. Leaks are still coming through in the same place and despite promises that they would return to fix this now no one is answering my calls or texts. They are just hoping I go away. Really disappointed in what I believed was a reputable firm.
Builder has now responded and assures me that the snagging problems will be fixed next week. I am glad that he has been in touch as I don't like giving negative feedback, but as I rely on other people's feedback feel it only fair to be as honest as possible without malice. ****Four Stars ****

An extremely professional job completed by a really nice chap who worked industriously over the 3 days. I am not even sure if he had a lunch break! I had problems with poor workmanship from the start. Although the supervisor Michael, came around to fix them he had to come back several times. After the first couple of storms the gutters came out of place and water is now pouring down the walls. No one is returning my calls or emails despite giving me a 15 years warranty.

Self employed joiner. No job too small. Rates vary depending on work required. Work ranging from curtain poles and tv brackets, to laying floors and bathrooms and kitchens.
