As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.
We are a small faimily business with 18 years experience in the building industry. We emply 8 full time workers and cover every aspect of building from a little knock through to a big extension we do all our own ground works, brickwork to fitting a new roof, we even have our own landscaper for all the finishing touches when the job it complete. Tony was brilliant. He seemed really thorough, and didn't let anything arising bother him too much, so kept me calm too! Also he didn't mind my kids 'supervising' him at every opportunity, which was good. We're really happy with all the work he did.
Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. They arrived when they said they would, did a good job, worked cleanly, were very clear on price and costs, and were proactive at dealing with issues. Very happy to recommend them .
