He has displayed skill, imagination and creativity in doing this, making new spindles, a new bannister and some new tops to the newel posts, all to match exactly the original. It looks wonderful. Mark visited promptly to assess the situation and made some suggestions. The problem looked like damp, but in order to be sure he returned the following day with a damp meter. It wasn't damp, and consequently Mark didn't get a job on this occasion. I would rate this a six star performance for honesty and efficiency!! I will definitely use him in future.
