Initially quoted us 600 pounds, despite my budget being 200. After we said no he came down to 250. Didn't do all the work we had asked to be completed, came one hour late despite us telling him we needed to leave at 2pm and didn't tidy up. Work not up to standard and wanted full payment when not all the work was completed. Carpet stained as no dust sheet or covering used.
Full building services, bricklayers plumbers, electricians, joiners, plasterers, Painters. All trades are certified and qualified up to date.
