We hired Jason through Rated People - and we are so pleased we did! He has completed an outstanding job on our back garden which has included new raised beds and levelled ground, hot tub base, rebuilding a gate arch, lopping a palm tree and transforming other parts of the garden. Mark visited promptly to assess the situation and made some suggestions. The problem looked like damp, but in order to be sure he returned the following day with a damp meter. Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!
