On Saturday 14/10/17 Ian Oliver A1 Flooring carried out work he'd quoted on against a job spec submitted on Rated People. He denied ever talking about lifting and removing the existing flooring (clearly stated on spec) and wanted another £250.00 to complete the job, obviously I did not agree to this. I was at work and unable to dispute this in person however I have since tried to contact Ian but he fails to take my calls. His work is amateurish, and unfinished. Seriously think twice before using A1 Flooring

Phoned half an hour after due to be here. Flue. Seemed ok day before but who am I to know? He could have called at time he was due. Save me going to the door for half an hour. Never called back once. I don't know what his quality was like.
