Also as a top fruit farmer/agriculture for a few years, growing fruit on 150+ acres & have my PA1, PA3 & PA4 and 2 forklift tickets(on road & all terrain) I have worked within carpentry, replacing doors, architraves & skirting, I’ve worked within plumbing, replacing/repairing faulty taps, toilets(syphons/cisterns), also as a water hygiene engineer, installing and servicing TMV’s(Thermostatic Mixing Valves), CWST(Cold Water Storage Tanks) I’ve worked within void properties countless times, Things including Decorating, painting, lock changing, end of tenancy cleaning/making good for new tenants to move in. I’ve also worked as maintenance manager for a hotel/restaurant & worked for several property managers in the past but I am very hopeful of becoming completely gainfully self employed.
