Jamie and his team provided an excellent service throughout. They were friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They attended my house for initial inspection when agreed and were able to complete my work the very next day. Did a reasonable job of the actual repairs but hired scaffolders who left equipment blocking our garden gate, driveway and public path for over 6 weeks. Tom started ignoring calls and texts and wouldn't supply the contact details of the scaffolders. Only emailing Tom with a threat of reporting them to the HSE prompted any action. While Tom can't be held responsible for the scaffolders, his lack of communication or support was a huge letdown

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.

Chris came out same day and gave me the best quote, came out after hours to accomodate my working times. Done the work as soon as possible and to a excellent standard. Really happy with the work carried out and would seriously recommend. Professional, friendly and efficient.

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

Very Happy with the work done guys worked hard and Hugh was Happy to answer any questions I had. Hugh was very knowledgeable and friendly and job was done to a very good standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again

They replied quickly and commenced work 2 days after receiving quote. Turned up on time farther an son working together very polite. Whole job cost £900 for painting and some rendering of front and back of terraced house and there was a few bits of woodwork which was overlooked. It took them two days and it seemed to be rushed at end so hence the overlook of arch by front door.

Tommy responded to my job add within a few hours and we agreed date and price for work to be undertaken. Work was completed on agreed date to very high standard with no mess. Extremely friendly and provided useful advice for future projects. Very pleased with end result of job and would certainly recommend to others.

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
