Chris and the team were really flexible with the work which had delays from the council with building permits. The work was done to a really high standard (plumbing, electrics, plastering, structural beams etc.). Will use again wherever possible.

phoned with appointment time, turned up on time, gave acceptable quote, turned up on time to do work and cleaned up behind them. didn't accept cash payment that other firms asked but sent invoice. no problems and will use them again.

Chris was great to deal with, always answered e mails promptly, and after we had agreed a date, he turned up with his team at the agreed time and date, they worked quickly and tidied up as they went along, and came back again to finish the job, again as agreed. They left very little dust considering the job they were doing, I will use 1st call again. This quote was not the cheapest but it was the best detailed quote, rather jus a fag packet with a price, 1st call did what they said at the agreed price 5*

I can’t recommend 1st Call highly enough. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Chris was very punctual with his initial quote and his communication was excellent throughout. They began the job immediately and the team were extremely hard and tidy workers. You won’t find a better builder in Glasgow!
