The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than expected and the poor man had to venture into my scarey attic. He completed that task without complaint and was a pleasure to work with. I love my clothes pulley. It is fantastic.

Alec quoted a very fair price to replace a broken wooden panel and carried out the work on time to a high standard. He made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving, and even made a slight adjustment to ensure it was perfect.
