Ripped me off! I hired Ashley to fit 5 radiators and install a Nest thermostat, he did one day of work and agreed to finish later in the week. I paid him, he never returned, avoided my calls and messages, made various excuses. He removed the old radiators, hung 3 of the new ones although didn't connect any of the pipework so none were usable. He didn't know how to fit the Nest thermostat and left it half installed. The 3 radiators he did hang were crooked. I've since hired a professional to finish it.
