hired to fix leak on the garage roof which was done and seems to be holding. also hired to replace a leaking pipe in the garage. This was not done and the pipe is still leaking. Also the down water pipe which was working properly is now dislodged and water is gushing down the side of the property. On contacting the contractor he was not entirely bothered to return in time, advising that this is a relatively unimportant job. I will have to call someone to rectify this so can not recommend this contractor.
