A consemate gentleman and professional throughout the time in our house. Alex will explain each process and why so the decision on what is necessary was clear. He has a team of hard working individuals who carried out the works with diligence and expertise. Excellent value and excellent professionalism.. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone that is planning on doing any form of building work internally or externally.
Thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure to work with you. Alex

We employed Alex Salop to do a much bigger job than the one we advertised which was to build a bedroom on a one storey part of our house. Right from the start it was apparent that he was incompetent. It went from bad to worse, the level of the trusses is wrong, the bricklaying was terrible and he was asking me how to build the dormer windows. He asked for thousands of pounds in extras. He's good at demolishing but hopeless at actually doing the work. He made our life hell.
This is disappointing. Anne said I am incompetent yet told others how impressed she was. She said I made their life hell yet delayed me daily to chat. She refused to pay me the previously agreed weekly amount then screamed at me, banging a screwdriver on the side! I didn't ask for extras - we agreed everything financial. The building inspector said my work was very good especially with drawings without measurements! Anne was very difficult but my other reviews show I am a fully competent tradesman.

I had work completed by Alex who was accompanied by to other colleagues. They removed a cupboard and a small box room. There work was of good quality . If I were to consider doing further home improvements I would certainly be contact Alex to complete the work. He and his 2 collegues were polite, honest, reliable and very accommodating. The work completed was to a good standard. I would not hesitate to contact him again.
