Gas / Heating engineer

Responded to my add within 10 minutes, within 3 hours he’d been and installed my gas cooker at a really reasonable price, i had been quoted much higher by a few people. More than happy with the service will definitely be using again and recommending other to do the same.

Hasn't completed job! still left with a blocked toilet. currently having a disputment over payment they claimed they haven't received however both my bank and their bank has confirmed in letter that payment has been received into account they provided. quick to response but be diligent as they might not complete job.

What I thought would be a simple job turned out to be far more complicated but the guys from AA took it all in their stride and the job was done to an excellent standard. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked quickly and tidily and were pleasant and courteous throughout. On completing they tidied everything away and made sure I was completely happy with their work before paying. I would have absolutely no issues using them again and can highly recommend them.

After 4 weeks, still waiting for the estimate. As the job was small, I can only assume that he doesn't want to do it. It that's the case, he should say so.

Mark Nader's question

I am writing a business proposal to take on a new lease. Part of this proposal is to install a new disabled toilet. The issue I have is the only available space is on the other side of the property on the ground floor from the current toilets. The toilet would be installed inline with the current one but 10 meters away. From briefly searching online this would be too long? Are there any alternatives? The toilet cannot be moved somewhere else. The ground floor is an old timber joists set up. I just want to know if this is possible or I have to rethink my plans.

Hi mark You could install a Saniflow system basically a pump behind your toilet which still needs a pipe to a drain etc but you can pump either horizontally or vertically you would have to check manufacturers instructions on distance as they all different depending on price and what you have going in to pump basin shower and toilet or just toilet the downside to a pump system is they are noisy when in use if not properly installed etc and boxed in also they can block up if not serviced annually upside is they do work well and save money and time in waste pipework as you only need to pipe 1 outlet pipe inch quarter usually to nearest drain and all your sanitary basin shower biday etc to pump behind toilet the pump crushes all waste this is why only small pipe needed only use if have to hope this helps google Saniflow or maccerator for more info thanks tony
