Gas / Heating engineer

From start to finish this was an excellent customer experience. First to respond, first to attend. Reprioritised his day to ensure we could have our heating+hot water back on "same-day" & all fixed within a matter of hours. Polite, friendly, quick & GREAT value fir money. (Whilst BritishGas wanted £376- for someone to come out in 3days time ! ! ) #localbusinessservice

Mark Nader's question

I am writing a business proposal to take on a new lease. Part of this proposal is to install a new disabled toilet. The issue I have is the only available space is on the other side of the property on the ground floor from the current toilets. The toilet would be installed inline with the current one but 10 meters away. From briefly searching online this would be too long? Are there any alternatives? The toilet cannot be moved somewhere else. The ground floor is an old timber joists set up. I just want to know if this is possible or I have to rethink my plans.

Hi mark You could install a Saniflow system basically a pump behind your toilet which still needs a pipe to a drain etc but you can pump either horizontally or vertically you would have to check manufacturers instructions on distance as they all different depending on price and what you have going in to pump basin shower and toilet or just toilet the downside to a pump system is they are noisy when in use if not properly installed etc and boxed in also they can block up if not serviced annually upside is they do work well and save money and time in waste pipework as you only need to pipe 1 outlet pipe inch quarter usually to nearest drain and all your sanitary basin shower biday etc to pump behind toilet the pump crushes all waste this is why only small pipe needed only use if have to hope this helps google Saniflow or maccerator for more info thanks tony
