We asked Gavin to paint and decorate our 3-bed semi following the vacation of our last tenants. We live overseas so we handed over total responsibility to Gavin to decide what needed doing. His quote was very reasonable and we've been reliably informed that he's done a great job. He kept in touch with us regularly, and checked that we were happy with what he planned to do before undertaking any work. We found him to be very reliable and trustworthy, we would use him again and would recommend him to others.
