Initially was very happy with this job. Frankie came and did the job. Bit of a leak and he came out straight away to fix it. Problem was the new boiler just wouldn't hold any pressure. Kept putting me off and off. I thought he was always going to fix this though, talk of sealants, replacing it etc. After 1 year of it being fitted he came out did the service and left me to contact Baxi under there 10 year warranty! Baxi engineer explained that it wasn't installed properly and fixed it first time.

Came out and replaced my boiler. Had a few issues which were resolved. Had to get Baxi out after 12 months under the 10 year warranty. All seems OK now!

Was very honest. Didn’t want to take on job as too complicated and costly. Recommended I get Worcester boiler engineer to do it cheaper . Thank you. Took no money for call out and advice.
