customer means she had it fixed before me , I have repaired upstairs leak , and repaired downstairs loo, since this , i have been back to help on other projects around the house, lovely customer and makes a great cup of tea.

Internal Painting & Decorating
The house was in need of a full paint job in order to prepare the property for the rental market. I chose AK properties from a number of contractors as I was impressed with their punctual response and very reasonable quote, considering the work involved. As I do not live locally I placed the property entirely in their hands and I am extremely pleased with the final result. All the work was finished within the time allocated and I was kept up-to-date on progress via emails and photos. Further, Andy had access to a number of trades required during decoration and renovation, which meant there was no need for me to out-source any of the work to other contractors. I could trust Andy with a list of the tasks I required and he was able to provide me with a person trained in the field with the price being already included in the overall quote. I can say that Andy and his team have done an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a decorator who provides you with the peace of mind that you’ll have a job well done from start to finish.
