Curtain pole came off the wall Left umpteen messages and voicemail asking for a response but no reply after nearly two weeks Poor service

Hi as I’m just back from annual leave this job was done more than a month before you tried to contact also the brackets were secure to the wall when installed which were photographed and checked only left yourself to fit the curtain pole to the brackets you left good feedback then have decided to change it after you fitted the curtain pole which the brackets must have been disturbed while doing this sorry you have not had a good experience as the rest of my customers on this as I have 100% good feedback

Sorry didn't realise you were away fir so long I did wait a couple of weeks though as I thought you might be But I thought that as it has been several weeks you were not replying Would you be willing to take a look to see what can be done? Happy to reconsider the review

I’m extremely busy at the moment. It would be a separate job as it was secure when the job was complete and been disturbed when you’ve put the curtain pole up / curtains.

I can categorically confirm that the bracket was not disturbed when the rail was put up The bracket worked loose after a few weeks of drawing curtains hence the time lag in asking you to come back Either it wasn't fitted securely or the plaster gave way I'm not qualified to confirm which I will get another tradesman to lok at it and if he confirms you did not fit it correctly or should have been aware it would not hold I wil seek compensation
