Future Heat installed a new Ideal boiler at short notice. Great job, the boiler sits perfectly in its new spot, great communication. They even came back the next day when the condensate pipe had to be re-routed in our kitchen design. Thanks Tony and Jamie.

Excellent service and excellent price. First contact Monday, new boiler fitted and working by Wednesday. No hidden 'extras' on the quote price. Also very pleased not to have a maintenance contract pushed under my nose asking me to sign there and then but they would contact me when the first maintenance inspection was due and I could decide then if I wanted to use them. Any company who says 'wait a year to see if you are still happy with our work' is confident in it's capabilities. Thanks Futureheat.

This team from Futureheat were on the ball with carrying out the work, they provide useful constructive feedback with the issues we had, always solutions never problems. We had some snagging issues when the job was complete, they were back within a few days to rectify the issues. I’m more than happy with the work and would use again. Easy to talk to, communication was always there from start to finish. We also learned a few things through the process from them with their vast knowledge in their trade.
