Nick gave a great quote , I just wished I hadn’t confused him with my changing decisions about the kitchen. He was on time and genuinely seemed very knowledgeable and professional , but I don’t think I’ll be hearing from him again

So Nick has now completed my kitchen. Whilst his work is very good , his communication skills are pretty dire.Before the work even started I was chasing him up about when the work was due to start , as the customer this is totally unacceptable. There was a fault with the initial sink and while this was rectified , the communication on his side about when the work was due to be completed , what was happening was pretty non - existent , again I had to chase him up. Can not recommend.

Dear David, I am pleased to hear your happy/pleased with the quality of work we have carried out for you. However I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the communication between us both. As a family run company this is not how we want our customers to feel, as the customers are always our number one priority. Unfortunately due to the volume and the specification of work that was needed and you required the price for the works reflected this. Having finally had other quotes to compare, I now find that my comment was inaccurate I underestimated how much trades charge for Electrical and plumbing works.
