Great communication! Ian turned up on the day at the time. He was clear with the job and did a super plastering job and damp prevention in living room and only charged another £85 for extra work outside of the scope

Ian managed a difficult situation with the lock down imminent and materials in short supply extremely well to ensure that the job did not stop mid-way. He will advise on the best course of action, explain things - which in this case included the need for work on the outside render, but leaves the decisions down to you with no pressure. Excellent workmanship on the damp proofing which included the outside render and the kitchen interior. Prompt, tidy and easy to talk to. Would recommend him to anyone.
