Jim responded very quickly to our posting. He identified the problems quickly and carried out the work timeously. Providing photos of the issues and work done gave us confidence in the work. Thank you for resolving a chronic problem so effectively.

Chimney Building / Repair
Jim helped us after we had been let down by so many local tradesmen. Previous work has been left incomplete and our home in a vulnerable situation during 2 storms. He kept us informed throughout and worked very hard in some awful wintry weather. He rebuilt the top of the gable end wall where the chimney had been removed leaving a gaping hole. We are very pleased with the finish he was able to achieve. Would definitely recommend Jim and his team to anyone.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Arrived promptly to give an estimate, did the work over a period of days and within the time frame they had specified. All looks ok and no sign of any problems after several periods of very heavy rain. Jim pointed out other items of roof maintenance work which requires attention and I have put them on the to do list, and shall invite him to provide a quote as and when they are next to be done. Recommended.

They also sanded down and painted the facias and soffits back and front after removing the old cast iron gutters and prior to fixing the new deep flow plastic gutters, and sealed surface cracks and painted the chimney head with rubberised paint. It all looks very good. The work at the chimney head seems to have cured the water ingression. Recommended.
