I am super-pleased with my experience of Areco. Tony is straight-forward and trustworthy. He gave a good quote and it was immediately apparent that he knew what he was talking about. Tony is very experienced and knowledgeable freely gives good advice. He was an absolute star at dealing with building control. I am very happy with the quality of the work and it was plastered to perfection. I would heartily recommend Areco and will go back to Tony for more quotes for future work.

Tony was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The original job we asked him to quote for was a knock through and French door installation. However we hadn't realised that Tony is able to tackle all trades and so him and Lee did our plumbing, plastering and numerous other jobs. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. We are extremely happy with the work and wouldn't use anybody else in the future. Highly recommended! 5* Daniel and Lorna

Both my husband and I would hugely reccomend Areco Properaintenance services to anyone no matter how big or small the job was as Tony is happy to oblige in anyway. Extremely hard working and very trust worthy tradesmen. Both Tony and Lee did a fantastic job on our loft conversion and we would have them back in our home to fit and repair again in the future. If you want reliable, hardworking and trust worthy tradesmen and the job to be completed to top spec then dont hesitate to contact Tony at Areco.

Window fitter / Conservatory installer

If you want a job doing good and fast Tony is your man. Quote was very honest and advised that some work didn't need doing as other people did say. He (and Lee) were very prompt and got the work done in one day, Friday at that and they stayed late to get the job done. Cant wait to get the other windows done. Great work boys.. James & Ian

Mags Woolley's question

The the process of buying a house and the survey says there's a possibility that there could be asbestos in the artex if over a certain age. Can anyone advise me on whether to have it skimmed or plaster boarded as I will be wanting down lights put in. The artex is in the living room and kitchen

Artex needs to be bonded then skimmed due to asbestos as if taken down will require special health and safety protection and will cost a great deal of money
Barbara Dykins's question

Door returns are a good 3/4" after first coat (bonding) out at top to bottom on the corners and he is working around the electric sockets - partially burying them. Other areas look terribly out as well. Am I being picky and will it all come out with the top coat or should I stop him doing any more?

stop plasterer from making your walls into a nightmare as bonding is mainly used for filling voids or going over artex as when plastering its less than a couple of mm thick and sounds like he needs to go back to college
