Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
We’re so happy we went with Awarded Builder for our new bathroom. Heron was professional, friendly and really easy to deal with. His work was to an excellent standard and he does a lot of trades! Plastering, tiling, painting and plumbing - all done really well. The overall effect was great, his attention to detail really shows. Heron even helped me out with fitting a mirror cabinet in another bathroom. Really appreciated his help there! Would highly recommend Awarded Builder!
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
New Bathroom & Toilet: We are delighted with Heron and the work he has done. He was reliable, tidy and efficient as well as a nice guy. He was able to work to some slightly different requirements to the ones we gave him when we got the quote without any fuss or questions. Some of the existing plumbing in our property is old and he was able to sort out some tricky issues with that along the way with no drama. We are really pleased with his tiling, plastering and the overall finish of his work.
Plaster Skimming
Hard working, speaks English as a first language (this is really useful when asking questions), never trying to rip you off, fantastic quality to his work and he's a genuinely good person, who turned up on time and explained to me how to do some minor stuff and helped me put up blinds, fixed light fittings and so on all as free extras. 10/10 from me.
Laminate Flooring
We were really lucky that we found Heron, he is such hard working man, does the job properly and always leaves the place really tidy at the end of the day. Trustworthy, without a doubt, we recommend this company 100%.

Decorative Cornicing / Plasterwork
Arrived on time. Work carried out on time and cleared up after completion. Yes I would use and recommend H Bryan again.
