I struggled to find a company to install a metal staircase after several months of research. After a list of time-wasters I came across Adam. Adam on first impression was very professional and well prepared to our initial meeting. There were some issues around reliability as Adam would go weeks without providing an update on progress. However the installation of the stairs was done quickly and to a high standard.

After initial contact via the web site he came over to view the works at my home, did survey of what needed doing to firm up his quote - promptly sent me a quote & after a small deposit, returned to complete the job a couple of weeks later - did a superb job - very tidy and respectful of working inside our home. V pleased with Adam & his service. Not only an excellent contractor but a thoroughly decent chap.
