Very reliable - turned up on time exactly when he said he would. Very thorough investigation - even though finding the source of the problem was tricky. Did a couple of other little jobs while he was here - very obliging. Fixed the problem and tidied up well. Very keenly priced estimate. Happy to recommend and would certainly use again.
