I originally took on Mark to do a few carpentry jobs at a cottage renovation, but he was so good, he ended up staying for 4 months and helping out with many other tasks. He is, quite simply, an absolute gem! Great carpenter, definitely, but so much more. Personable, engaging, punctual and diligent on every day he was working with me. So much so, that when the job came to an end, I was sad to part company with him. I would take him on in a heartbeat and to say I highly recommend him is an understatement.

Mark turned up on time on a day that wasn’t conducive for fitting three doors as it was incredibly hot. He worked extremely hard and in a professional and efficient manner. He also cleaned up his mess, which is definitely a bonus, and took the debris away with him. The job was not easy as none of the door frames are square in my 1963 bungalow. I think the original joiner must have gone down the pub before he fitted them, needless to say they now fit really well and look great, so thank you Mark.
