Paul visited quickly and then came within a week to do repair. Very professional and did exactly what he said he would do. Boiler now fixed.

Engineer unable to find the cause of the problem. Even he didn't pressurise the system. Just orally, he is guessing the issue. There is no value for money. Tried with other company, they fixed the problem. I paid finally to both.

Hi thanks for the review I feel with it you have not give the full picture we attend your property for F1 fault which was low water pressure due to the multiple leak though out the property from the boiler and radiators we ordered you two quotes which you were both unhappy about price (to just keep topping up the pressure is not fixing the route problem)

Hi, honestly, there is no leakage throughout the property. It's just small leakage inside the boiler which your engineer can't make out. Your quote for new valves to check by isolating the system wasnt required as the another engineer able to find the cause of the issue by doing basic checks and showed me the leakage and also repressurised the system. Your engineer was guessing the probable cause but never pin pointed where the issue is. Another quote for new boiler no more needed. Thanks

Outdoor water pipe installed burst over winter as the pipe won't run dry with the outdoor tap left open. Contacted plumber again who charged me to fix the burst pipe but did not rectify the issue of the pipe not running dry. I now need to get a different plumber to fix this issue. Poor quality of work!

Stayed at home after agreeing an appointment ( between 2 and 3pm) turned out a No Show without any contact to explain why!! Next day contact offering to attend the following day, my response was NO THANKYOU
