Tony is extremely unprofessional. In summary, he doesn't read his emails properly, fails to give a proper quote, just says the work will be “within my budget”, texts you stating “the tradesman pay a significant money to see our detail so always best to do the job straight away so money isn’t tied down” and finally when you agree all the terms doesn't show up! Thankfully I didn't pay for materials in advance as I said I would meet him at IKEA to pay for the furniture – which he didn't show up for!

Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
My wardrobe door was scratch as the handle he thought was suppose to go on the outside. My bedhead was also scratched. The door on my bookcase was damaged as Ikea did not bore the hole right through for the handle. It needed the right tool to bore the hole through but Tony use the screw to fix the door to bore the hole which slightly fracture the wood. He works hard and is very polite. He's good value. If it was not for the damage furnitures I would rate him 5*.

He did the job. Moved my washing machine out of the appartment on a platic office chair which had wheels. He asked for a bank transfer payment. This took two days to happen. He hassled me by text until the payment was made. I told him it would be made on the Tuesday two days after the job was done. But he stll hassled me. He could be much more professioanl in the way he does business. I won't use him again.

Am not exactly sure why it takes two full working days just to transfer £50. I carried his washing machine out of his six storey apartment in minutes. I called him after the job was done he wouldn't pick up his phone anymore. So called rich men my butt.
