Brett responded quickly to my problem. The job of fixing a loose tile etc was done to my satisfaction. Cost more than I expected.

Gas / Heating engineer

Could not have been happier with Brett. Arrived on time, super friendly and enthusiastic. Worked hard all day from the minute he arrived. Very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Quality of the work and his whole general attitude were first class. Have no hesitation in recommending him & will definitely have him back whenever jobs need doing round the house. So pleased we found him.

came out to quote me a few building work jobs, appeared very uninterested, took some measurements, may I add, not accurately, didn't even take measurements of some of the work I required. promised me a quote, never recieved a quote, messaged 3 times and ignored every time. I needed to make alternative arrangements quickly as one of the jobs needed to be done asap, due to a large leak. I would of been happy if Brett told me he didn't want the job, or couldn't do it. no to be ignored.

Always a little nerve racking when you pick a tradesman on line, but Brett. came round when he said he would and gave us a good quote and some advice about how we could make the porch look even better. He is a great guy, very friendly and he works hard. His work is exceptional and the quality of the finished item fantastic, I got everything I asked for and more. He is a perfectionist and his work is faultless. I will definitely be using him again for any other building work I want doing in the future.

Brett was courteous, polite at the job on time, worked non stop until the job was complete., The work was to a very high standard and I am extremely happy with my new front door. The materials used were also very good and I definitely would recommend the guy and Rated People as I got what I paid for and have no complaints at all, in fact I would use him for any work I have in the future.

Not sure whether a landscape gardener or builder is the best person to remedy this. We have some large trees which are slowly pushing the wall out onto Leaning out onto the pavement at the front of our property. It's a small wall - only 3 foot or so but needs replacing/stabilising whilst hopefully retaining the existing trees.

hi there Its a builder you need just be careful as the wall may be your boundary and moving it forward may not be an option! Probably best to rebuild up to the problem tree trunks leaving them in the wall aa such. Depending in growth speed of trees it may give you a few extra years before more drastic action is needed. Again be aware that the trees are your responsibility in the eye of local council etc and you may need to ensure they do encroach onto the pavement if a public use is there.
