Very quick response to me posting job. Came round same day to have a look and came back the next day, when he said, to sort it. Couldn't ask for me. Friendly and knew what he was doing Thanks

Great job done on an awkward old house. Scott & Dad are the perfect team producing a brilliant end result. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them next time. They're on my Christmas list and not many people have that honour. Well done lads. 5 star job.

Scott came on the day we had agreed and worked all day and finished the job. The job he did is neat and the inside work was clean with a minimum of disruption. The price was a rasonable price I thought for the time and work done. Everything is working ok and I am pleased with the finish. 5 Stars

What qualifications do I need to become a domestic electrician and is there a certain course I must begin with, I. E. Level 2 and then level 3 and so on

Hi mate I'd advise doing the level 2 and 3 electrical installation diploma , Followed by 17th edition regulations and test and inspection . However these qualifications mean nothing unless you have at least 2 or 3 years site experience
's question

I have a 6000w electric instantaneous hot water system. I think the amps are 20 to 25 amps. What size cable do I need, is 4mm enough
  • Scott Lennon's Answer

You have to take the cable run into consideration too , however I would run a 6mm in and you should be fine , unless it's an industrial unit and it's over say 50 metres from the consumer unit
