3 hours late for the quote, then > Said was coming yesterday 9.30am but may be earlier. Another sorry text at 10.21am saying sorry will be late. Turned up 11.30am with no chipper to do 130ft or so of tall conifer hedge 20 mins work, dropped chainsaw on to my patio, left the mess in my garden and next door & and ruined hedge. Said he was off for a chipper! Won't talk to me or ring me back. I have full CCTV front and back of my house to prove all this. I worked til 8pm clearing next door and the path
