Painter and decorator

Bernie and his team were professional: considerate, reliable, tidy, efficient and respectful.They did exactly what they set out to do with minimum fuss and disruption to the elderly residents, tidying up as they went and replacing objects that had needed to be moved. The result of the work itself is excellent; it revolved around a large peripheral 150m wall which needed rendering, stitching, painting, having drainage holes drilled and pipes inserted. I have no hesitation in recommending Bernie and his team.

Bad workmanship until I complained.Heavy pressure to be paid immediately and they had been trying to do the least possible. The boss made me sign a form to say the job was good - I did this as I felt overwhelmed by his behaviour and just wanted them to go

BH Builders were prompt in responding to my post. The builder (Bernie) was helpful in explaining work involved, gave a clear time line for starting and completing the project. His team were friendly, worked hard and communicated their work objectives each day. I'm pleased with the results and neighbours have commented on how good the work looks.

BH Builders replaced the flat roof over a bay window that had been leaking. They arrived early and after accessing the situation formulated the best plan to repair the roof and ensure it would be watertight. They worked very hard and the effort they put into ensure a watertight result was exemplary. The finish was very neat and they removed all the rubbish when they left. I cannot praise their hard work enough and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
