THE GOOD: quick response to ad, good value price, able to do work quickly. THE BAD: upsold me a new light which stopped working almost immediately, 6wks later they have failed to come fix it, ignoring every msg sent to them, despite me raising concerns about electrical safety of the light. They have also ignored repeated requests to provide promised 10yr guarantee paperwork for the floor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Contacted us as a result of the rated people advert. Having made an appointment to visit he failed to appear. When we contacted him he stated he was stuck on a job but would call round the following day but he again failed to appear and we have not heard from him since. Have since found a reliable tradesperson to do the job. Evidently totally unreliable.
