Tradesmen came on the Friday at 5pm and had a look, said we needed a new motorised value, he said he would come back on Monday around 09:00, he phoned on Sunday night and said he had a funeral on the Monday morning that he had forgotten about (bank holiday weekend) he said he would be here in the afternoon, I stayed in all day, he didn't show and didn't call.

He done an amazing job couldn't be more helpful very friendly and made sure everything was good and when I said one bit was bugging me visually he wouldn't leave till I was happy he even offered to clean everything up. I really appreciate his work and would hire again and very highly recommend him
