Shane was punctual, responsive and prioritised safety for the job. He and Jacob did the first job efficiently and were very clean and tidy. Shane also put us in touch with really good plastered, decorator and electrician so we felt we had a ‘full service’ team we can go back to in the future. Finally Shane was really accommodating when it became apparent further work was required to make the whole project happen, so we look forward to a leaving a second review when all complete!

  Additional to the excellent job Shane did on our wall removal and new fireplace… This week Shane and Jacob returned to replace all our architraves and skirting in preparation for new flooring. Again a superb job - clean, conscientious for our family, and with an eye for a quality finish. Highly recommended.

  2 months have passed since the work was done! To many issues now and excuses from Shane as to why there are gaps between the door and the frame? Handle not straight banister is now coming off the wall and bad skirting boards!

  Kim the issues your presenting are not true at all, all doors installed have a gap around them, the banister is on a dabbed wall that has exesive damp coming through something we discussed at the time and you wanted to go ahead. As for the skirting we had agreed to renew all the skirting through out your home and I explained the old skirting and the new wouldn't match up perfectly to which you told it wouldn't matter because you want it all done.

  Shane if you had advised not to put the bannister on that wall then I would have taken your advice. I understand about the door and have sorted that with foam tape We need to come to an agreement on what you are going to do about the things I’m not happy with Please contact me

Shane did a gtreat job. It was a relatively small and bitty one which required several separate visits. He always turned up when he said he would, and finished the job really well and was tidy. I would highly recommend him.
