Floor Tiling
STEER CLEAR. Charles might be good for somethings but definitely not for tiling. The work is terrible, no two tiles are the same level on the floor. His timekeeping is also dreadful, said he'd be here 8-9am, then said he'd be late just before he was due - ended up starting the job after 12.30! Then the following day turned up roughly on time, but instead of grouting & waiting to refit the loo, he grouted fitted the loo & scarpered. Once the grout was dry enough to walk on we discovered why.
