The stopcock at my house was replaced by the plumber. shortly after he left I found it was leaking a bit. I have tried to call them and message them about the issue several times but he never reply me.

  Yigen asked for estimate over phone which was less than £100. When I got to job i told him it would be nearer £150 as there was more labour and materials than expected which he agreed to. After job was finished Yigen said that I told him job was less than £100 but he will pay me £100. I always go back to jobs if any problems however If Yigen didnt want to pay price agreed he should of not asked me to do work and found someone else.

  If it is possible, I would rate zero star to him now. When he was working on the job, I asked him if he could install two stopcocks to separate the ground floor with the first floor as I plan to convert the house back to two flats as before. He told me that he can do that but will increase its cost to £150. After the job was completed, I found that one stopcock was installed only. Then we agreed to £100 for the work done and went to a nearby bank together for withdrawing cash.
