Chris called and came to quote me straight away.He came and did the job effeciently and although the brand new fire was faulty he arranged to have the new part delivered direct to his home and then came back to fit it. A pleasure to have a tradesman who wants to do the job as opposed to usually having to chase them. His initail quote was honoured despite the extra time and extra visit required.
