Loft Conversion Specialist

From the initial enquiry, through to the completion of the job, I found John and his team professional, courteous and efficient. They are very customer orientated and did an excellent job. I would not only recommend them but also approach them again for any future work projects I may have. Sorry I cannot fairly rate this builder as his quote for the job was beaten by another builder so they were not given th job. However they were polite and gave full details of the work to be carried out with quote.

We used Class Property Services for rebuilding a garden wall which had come down. They were prompt and efficient in delivering a competitive quote. They were easy to contact and completed the job in the timeframe that they had specified to a very high standard. The guys were trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again for any other jobs that I had. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism, courtesy and workmanship.

A talented and professorial group of skilled men who operate very efficiently as a team. They include electrical, plumbing, carpentry and dry lining and plastering skills in the group. All of this group discussed and planned the project with me, giving me the confidence to make difficult choices. I will use them again when necessary.

John and Chris did a brilliant job! Within a few days they turned a dark unused corner of our house into a lovely, bright cloakroom. Clean work, reliable and affordable. From the beginning they gave us a clear detailed quote for the work and stuck to it. I will be recommending them to my friends!

John and Neil from Class Property Services undertook a number of household jobs including laying a wooden floor, fitting a new kitchen door and fixing a creaking floor. I found them to be very friendly, their work professional and high quality at the quoted cost. They arrived at the agreed time, explained how they would tackle the jobs, worked diligently until complete, left no mess and checked I was happy with the work before leaving.

Excellent service from start to end. John gave an estimate on Sunday and returned to complete the job asap on the Wednesday. Also prepared to come in the evening if necessary. Very reasonable price: matched lowest internet price for providing the Mira shower I wanted and installed it successfully, together with undertaking some additional safety recommendations. Clear explanation of work required. Friendly and professional service. Excellent communication throughout. Would recommend unreservedly. Delighted.
