I water feature was leaking and this was sorted out on first visit within less than a minute so I employed workman to clean pond. Pond has not been cleaned properly and the water is still very dirty.Was told originally that it would take 3 hours to clean and it would be cleaned with a power washer He also told me he would clean the filter and water feature. Filter was still dirty and the water feature still doesn’t sprinkle from the sprinkler properly. Duck weed left in the pond.

I offered my client a full annual pond clean (1 day @£300) as this is what was required to clean her pond correctly. However she rejected this and asked for a half day clean which i agreed to. Her pond was drained and as much soil/silt was taken out as possible. Her Plants that were overwhelming the pond were thinned out. waterfall was cleaned and pump filter was cleaned. A disappointing review for trying to help a client and their budget.

My Client also forgot to mention the extra work that was done for free by my staff whilst we visited. Sometimes trying to do the work on the cheap doesn't give you the results you want
