We had a toilet and wash basin put in under the stairs. These lads were superb. They were here 8 am on the dot. They worked like trojans all day, never stopping. They were clean, professional and friendly. The price quoted was competitive and the communication great. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Steve and the lads.

After posting the job, I decided I actually wanted more doing than is listed here. Ste gave good advice on pulling out an old chimney fireplace and supporting the rest of the chimney on the floor above (which I wanted to keep) by a 3.5m steel. I was getting all this work done as a starting point for a new kitchen, Ste arranged for Howdens to come out and measure up. I'm happy and would use Clubmoor again.

First class job.Work completed quickly and as cleanly as was possible.Atrocious weather and heavy clay soil made drainage works difficult but the men just got on with it.All trades were competent, friendly, polite, and did everything required by Building Control.Minor changes were not a problem.Arrived at 8 each day, always somebody working on site.Care taken to protect garden.Good supervision and communication. Very pleased with the firm and the job they have done.

My dishwasher pipe keeps bursting. I’m talking bi-weekly. There are no kinks etc. I have heard about stainless steel pipes but can’t buy in uk? Any ideas as to what can possibly cause this? *pipe bursts mid-pipe so it’s not the connection, seems to burst in same place too!!

I would like to know the rough cost for the following work. We want to create a kitchen diner by: 1) Removing a stud wall and making good (non load bearing). The wall is approx 2 metres in length. 2) Removal of coving in one room (5m x 3m) making good and skimming over ceiling in both rooms (total space will become approx 7m long x 3m wide). The house is relatively new so ceilings are low and rated will not contain aspestos. 3) Relocate the door to the understairs cupboard by moving it onto another (plasterboard) wall. 4) Partially brick up an external doorway which currently houses a sliding glass door and replace with a single door (either wood or upvc). We would like a rough idea of cost so we can decide the extent of the changes we can make. I have had a number of builders around to quote but none have come back to me.
