Kevin was able to come out at short notice. He worked for 5 hours non-stop. Installed a worktop, cut a hole for a sink and a tap, fitted three kitchen cabinets with doors and helped me fill in the hole in the brick wall. Full of useful advice, too. I paid £350 for 5 hours labour, which is fair, considering the urgency of the job and the lack other interested tradespeople.
