Responded quickly, made an appointment to come and view my property, cancelled this the next day and I've not heard from her since (appt made 29th Jan, cancelled 30th Jan). 0/10 for Customer focus, keeping your promises and being reliable. I cant comment on actual services being offered as I did not get a chance to experience them (cleaning).
