I am incredible upset, having saved to buy the flooring I was having laid the job is a complete mess, had I not checked on the progress when I did then it would have been even worse as the guy was not evening lining up the squares on the join of the checkaboard Lino, as it stands it is still not cut straight and I can see the old flooring underneath, it has not been finished neatly round the fridge and was not even cut off round the washing machine side. I now can't afford to even get this corrected.

its not my fault ,I gave you the correct measurement of the linoleum that u needed. but u bought shorter one and u insist that i find way to cover everything.no enough lino that result a good finished.by the way u did not even pay the right amount we agreed and I never argued with it.

Would you like me to put up pictures Of the poor finish you have done which is nothing to do with the length I gave you to work with, which by the way was enough as I ordered and gave the sizes you measured to a well established flooring company. You cut round a freezer door without opening it so I can still see my old flooring which means that you had enough Lino and you CUT IT AWAY. I am so upset with the work you have done and should not have paid at all as I will have to replace the entire floor.

No I specifically said I WANT it to go under the freezer as far as possible as this was the appliance tht you could see the floor under the most. The way in which the Lino has been cut away round the freezer is quite frankly disgusting, and as I have already said at one point there is no attempt to even put it under you have simple cut round the shape of the door, so the old floor is visible when opening the freezer door.

as I said you didn't buy enough lino to match the rest of the floor.it will be more worse if u insist to put the rest of lino.

Was enough as was the amount based on YOUR measurements. Regardless of the mess of the central squares you had more than enough Lino to leave a good finish under the freezer,oven,washing machine instead of the disaster that's left. There absolutely no excuse for the work you have done here, as a PROSFESSONAL you should measure before cutting and then realising you couldn't make it work, you should have more pride in your work than to leave a woman and her child with a kitchen floor that is a compete mess

After providing a reasonable quote for the work Tony let me down on 2 occasions after confirming by text he would come on a certain day. The 2nd time he didn't even do me the courtesy of returning my calls or telling me he couldn't make it. I still haven't had the work completed

Ashan’s spoken English is not 100% fluent as is his written English but don’t be put off as he is a true professional who takes great pride in his work I will certainly recommend Ashan to friends and neighbours and will not hesitate to use him for other jobs.
