Damp air came out to advise if the damp issues were caused by rising damp or ventilation problem. It was a ventilation issue windows were always wet the corners or the rooms were wet. Had the ventilation unit installed one week before Christmas and we have noticed a difference in the condensation and the house feels warmer, the heating not on as high. All in all a great product
