Darrell quoted , I accepted.. He requested a deposit for materials of £2800. I trusted him as he was from Rated people and I paid it. I texted to find out when the materials would be delivered , he made an excuse to say there was some delay but it should be the following day. I waited the following day but no delivery arrived. I messaged where is the delivery and he made another excuse saying next week. I requested a REFUND . He said 3-5 days on 17/2 I’m still waiting for my money .

they did an excellent standard of work at a reasonable price. more than happy with the finish and standard. Although the work was completed in a clean quick manner it was held up a day due to a miscalculation on how long the brackets would take to get made up ( not their fault ). polite and straight forward.
