Wall Tiling
Terry, Darren (sorry, age before talent!), Anthony and Aaron did a wonderful job with all the removal and re-fitting of bathroom suite and tiles, tiling kitchen and putting in a new basin and tiling cloakroom. We found them all to be very professional and courteous, ensuring we were well informed of any problems and provided effective solutions to them. Terry and Darren did not complain when requested to carry out additional work, such as installing mirrors and fitting bathroom accessories which they had been unaware of prior to starting work, and simply executed all work to a high standard. They offered excellent advice throughout the entire project, offering suggestions which were taken on board with striking results, and worked late to ensure the works were completed on time without jeopardising the quality of the workmanship. Darren is very thorough and takes great pride in his work. The amtico flooring may have been Darren's pet hate but that did not dissuade him from ensuring the end result was very pleasing. It has been a pleasure to do business with them and we would highly recommend them to family and friends. Best of luck guys in all your future endeavours!!!
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Darren, Terry and Aaron, the Plumber, did a satisfactory job, they did come across a few problems and managed to cope with these satisfactorily.

Darren and Terry did a good job. I found them courteous and professional. They want to provide a good service and do the best job they can. They even replaced a faulty stud wall for us for no additional labour charge - only the cost of the ply - which was greatly appreciated. Even my dog liked them!

Darren & Terry started off very well and gave good advice and organised plastering. However there were a lot of days when they said they would come and then didn't, resulting in a lot of broken promises. Quality of tiling was really brilliant in the majority but tailed off considerably towards the end as the job dragged on and they wanted to be rid of it. In the end, I wanted to stop early because it seemed they had stopped caring about doing a good job. When I wanted to hold back a portion of the money until an underfloor heating mat they had cut up and walked all over was tested, they were very aggressive and did not deal with me professionally or reasonably and I felt very intimidated. On balance, I think they are good tilers and you would be happy if there were no problems, but if there are any delays (of their own making) they do not actively manage the situation and it can become unpleasant.
