Came round and said he will message me with a quote for job, never heard back. If his work is as good as his communication it will be shocking
Landscaping
This company arranged at time for a quote, they never turned up,after I had waited, and when kept calling to ask if still coming to quote the job, they kept disengaging the phone ,rang constantly approx 20+ times and still meter answered. IF DONT WANT THE JOB NO PROBLEM BUT TO KEEP A CUSTOMER WAITING WHEN SAID YOU WILL, IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. NOT A COMPANY TO TRUST.
Landscaping
Atrocious service. I was contacted by Mel and booked in an appointment for Saturday . On the morning of the appointment appointment was cancelled and pushed to Tuesday. On Tuesday no one arrived and I was told that their phone had ‘broken’ and just been fixed. I was asked if the following weekend would be suitable for appointment. Really poor, wasted a lot of time and took afternoon off for the Tuesday appointment. Would not recommend.
Lawn Care Services - Grass Cutting / Turfing / Seeding
Poor communication from start to finish, turned up late to quote after several times being told i had to leave at a specific time. In addition i asked for a call 20 mins prior to arrival and didn’t even get that, he can’t even get these things right !
